Would you buy a used car ( I mean book!) from this young man???
These are a few of our very cool commercial book reports that 2B boys presented recently about a fiction or nonfiction book of their choice. You'll definitely want to read a book after watching these "book commercials"!
Please feel free to comment or recommend any of your favorite books.

Wow! Awesome commercials! I just might go out and buy one for my neice who is in second grade here where I live, near Syracuse, NY!
Great job guys! I'd buy books from you.
You kids have done some great book reviews and I am now itching to read some of them all because of your great commercials! Keep reading lots of great books and sharing about them. You are all doing a fabulous job. I am going to share these with my own 3rd grader and see if he wants to read any of them.
Have a great day from Birmingham, Alabama!

I just showed your 'boomercials' (book commercials) to a group of third graders. Just so you know how effective your boomercials were -- the kids left my computer lab and went straight to the library to check out a few of those books. Thanks for sharing these with my student in New York!
Hello Car Salesmen...I mean book Salesmen! Cheating at the Olympics?! A missing thumb?! Strange sounds coming from a cave?! Something rotten at Fruitvale Elemetary?! Adventures with a librarian and meeting Clara Barton?! What a great bunch of mystery books, and what an amazing group of salesmen! You guys are awesome--great vocal expressions, gestures and visuals ( I especially loved the bananas!) Your scripts were well written and presented. I'm impressed and will continue to check back to hear about more books I should read. (I don't know about that cave one, though...sounds a bit scary..and dark...and creepy...) I'm a middle school librarian in Western Colorado, and I heard about your commercials on Twitter, where I'm known as gatorgoddess. Thanks! You made my day!
Thank you for your great book commercials. I thought that they were very good and have inspired me to read them to my class.
Wow! You have sold me on some books! I was glad to hear some of you recommend mysteries because they are my favorite. I think you all have done a terrific job sounding excited about your books. When other people are excited about books, I get excited too. I am so glad your teacher shared the link to your commercials on Twitter. Great job everyone!
Great job, guys! I liked the inflection in your voices (how you used your voice to make your message interesting.) I want to read all of your books!

These are very cool book talks. Thank you for them. I now want to read some of the books you talked about. I am a librarian in Colorado
Such a great job! I want to read all of those books : )
Such a great job! I want to read all of those books!!
Very cool project!! My 8th graders don't get this excited about their books!
Hello...from the Sunshine State of Florida.
You guys rule! Now I feel like reading some of those books. Keep up the great work!
Wow! These are great! I think this is a fantastic way to encourage reading and combine education with technology. Not to mention providing a super-fun way for students to learn. I was completely captivated by these commercials and want to read some of the books...
Great book reports. I want to read all of those books.
What a great idea Mrs. Diaz. Thank you to your class for sharing.
Outstanding job guys. All of the books that were pitched sounded great.
